ON THE ROCKS

Let’s start with the most obvious cold brew coffee: iced coffee.
It’s simple, refreshing, and stunningly smooth.

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In a collins glass filled with ice, add the Tonic water
  2. Slowly pour the cold brew coffee (aim for the cubes)
  3. Gently add the sugar syrup (if needed)
  4. Garnish with a orange slice and serve immediately
  5. Stir and enjoy!
Variation

If you want, you can top with a splash of milk or cream.
You can even add in some simple or chocolate syrup for a slightly sweeter experience.

TONIC (& GIN)

It sounds weird, but sparkling tonic is a perfect match for cold brew. The soft bitterness of both drinks go very well together, and even more so if you add an orange slice. This is a classic mix for the lovers of gin tonic, but even without gin, it is an excellent option for a surprising aperitif or alcohol-free after dinner drink.

Variation

Optionally add 50ml gin into your cold brew and tonic, it makes an incredibly tasty addition. Trust us. The sugar syrup can be left behind, to better pronounce the gin flavour.
